王丹，女，出生于江苏省徐州市鼓楼区，于2020年6月获得台湾公立高雄餐旅大学的理学硕士学位，专业领域为餐旅管理。于2024年1月获得该校授予的管理学博士学位，专业领域为观光。现为旅游与历史文化学院专任教师，讲师。
