陈紫怡，女，浙江台州人。2020年本科毕业于南京理工大学，获艺术学学士学位。2022年硕士毕业于澳门城市大学城市规划与设计专业，获城市规划与设计硕士学位，2025年博士毕业于澳门城市大学城市规划与设计专业，获城市规划与设计博士学位。现为旅游与历史文化学院专任教师。
